OutlawStatus.com is a family owned and operated business. We bring our experiences from our brick and mortar businesses into our online store. Shipping Items that are in stock are usually shipped within one business day. If the item has not been shipped by the second business day you will be notified via e-mail or by the phone number provided during check out. Outlaw Status cannot and does not make any guarantee on ship time from our shipping facility nor can we guarantee transit times. It is the discretion of Outlaw Status to decide which carrier will be used. Products cannot be shipped C.O.D. Product liability is released from Outlaw Status once the carrier takes possession of the merchandise. If a tracking number is not provided to you via e-mail you may request it by e-mailing info@outlawstatus.com
Return Policy Outlaw Status offers a 30 day return policy from date of delivery on all brand new and unused merchandise. Products must be in new conditions and all tags must be intact for a return. Shipping is non refundable. Return postage must be prepaid. All returns must clearly have a return authorization number provided by Outlaw Status clearly marked on the outside of the package. Packages returned to our facility that do not have a return authorization number clearly marked and visible will have to be denied. All returned products will be inspected before a refund is remitted. If you qualify for a return and wish to receive an RA number please contact info@outlawstatus.com
